The vision was established in the early 1980s by our late grandfather, Mr. Zafar Ali Sayed, whose values of integrity, commitment and transparency laid the foundation of the brand. Following his untimely demise, his legacy was carried forward by his sons, Mr. Majid Ali Sayed and Mr. Javed Ali Sayed, who started the legacy in 2008 in the same ethical approach and Crystal Manner.

We completed our first project in Santacruz and have since successfully delivered 7+ projects, with 5 projects currently under development. Each project reflects our focus on quality construction, clear communication and timely delivery.
